The short version

ToolKit House processes your files entirely within your browser. The documents, images, and text you feed into our tools are never uploaded to, stored on, or seen by our servers. When you close the tab, that data is gone.

What we collect

To provide accounts and subscriptions, we collect the minimum necessary: your email address, authentication details managed by our infrastructure provider, and subscription status. We record anonymous counts of how many times tools are used so we can understand which tools matter most — these records are tied to your account for usage limits but never include the contents of your files.

What we never collect

• The contents of any file you process with a tool.
• The text you paste into text and data tools.
• Any generated output such as QR codes, passwords, or hashes.

Third parties

We use trusted providers for authentication, database hosting, and payment processing. Payment information is handled directly by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

Advertising on the free tier

The free tier of ToolKit House is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance. This is separate from — and never combined with — the contents of any file or text you process with a tool, which we never see or collect. Paid Starter, Professional, and Business subscriptions remove all advertising.

Your rights
