The short version

ToolKit House processes your files entirely within your browser. The documents, images, and text you feed into our tools are never uploaded to, stored on, or seen by our servers in order to process them. The one exception is content you explicitly choose to save to your account — for example, saving a resume in the Resume Maker — which is stored securely against your account and can be deleted at any time.

What we collect

To provide accounts and subscriptions, we collect the minimum necessary: your email address, authentication details managed by our infrastructure provider, and subscription status. We record anonymous counts of how many times tools are used so we can understand which tools matter most — these records are tied to your account for usage limits but never include the contents of your files.

If you choose to save your work to your account — such as a resume in the Resume Maker — we store that content so you can reopen it later. This is always opt-in, tied only to your account, and you can delete it at any time from within the tool or your account settings.

What we never collect

• The contents of any file you process with a tool.
• The text you paste into text and data tools.
• Any generated output such as QR codes, passwords, or hashes.

Third parties

We use trusted providers for authentication, database hosting, and payment processing. Payment information is handled directly by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card details.

Advertising and analytics

ToolKit House shows no ads today — no advertising script runs and no advertising or analytics cookies are set. We may introduce advertising or privacy-respecting analytics in the future to help keep the free tier free. If we ever do, we will update this policy and the cookie banner first, and it will always remain separate from — and never combined with — the contents of any file or text you process with a tool, which we never see or collect.

Your rights

You can access, export, or permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from your account settings. If you need help, contact us and we will assist promptly.
