By accessing or using ToolKit House (the "Service"), a product of TranzDigital Inc., you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to paid tools without written permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually depending on your choice at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
